For the engagement lunch or the board dinner that does not need the hall. Ballantine has leather banquettes, Rose one long table; Sparkle takes the larger sitting.

03 — The Grand Barbeque
The roof,
under open sky.
The rooftop terrace, dressed for a function: linen across the deck, a buffet down one side, lantern light and the town below. Best twenty minutes after sunset.
